  I'm not really sure why I go back to Dunkin' Donuts. I've never seen an establishment that can make and serve things on such an inconsistent level. It boggles my mind. Why can I order the same thing every day but yet it tastes so different every day (burnt coffee, the flavor tastes off, wrong milk, etc)? But yet, I am at fault because out of sheer convenience I keep going back.
  
  So this brings me to this Dunkin' Donuts. For a Dunkin' it is just OK, it's average. Service is disappointing and the quality of the food and beverages is even worse, like most in the franchise. A few times ago they made my drink wrong so I went back in so they could make it correctly. I waited 5 minutes only for them to make it wrong again. Sometimes it's not worth the effort to have to exchange your drink only to be wrong again.
  
  The 3 stars is because about a year or two ago this particular location had one of the nicest girls at the drive up. I wish I could remember her name. She was always so kind and enthusiastic and remembered me. My mom had even come with me a few times and after she would always ask how she was doing. I wish they would get more employees like this. It helps having great service when the product isn't that great.
