  I have been there about 5 times today because I have been plowing all day an everyone has been Great and everything I ordered was perfect just the way I asked except this last time! I ordered a HOT Mocha Latte with Whipped Cream and It was COLD like it was sitting there for a while!! Why I'm saying this is because if it happens to you just know it isn't their fault the machine broke down an they didn't even notice it was cold because they steamed it but it didn't make it Hot! I called an one of the people that were working there told me that he did steam it an he was so apologetic he fept really bad that he didn't notice it an I felt so bad for him an I know he was telling the truth because I asked for a Hot Chocolate at first an he did say the machine was down an not working right!! So we do have to realize that these things do break down an they don't realize it till someone orders it an it doesn't come out right an it's outof their control!! But the workers are Great there and it's very clean!! ☺

  Why does an ice coffee cost more then a hot coffee? There is no logical reason I can think of and the workers and not the OWNERS HAVE TO HEAR IT WHICH IS NOT FAIR!
